Recipes with Siberian Fir Essential Oil

Oil for relaxing the stomach
- 50 ml organic Almond oil
- 1 drop Siberian fir essential oil
- 1 drop Juniper berry essential oil

Drop the essential oils directly into the bottle of almond oil , close the cap tightly and shake to mix the oils. Massage gently in a clockwise direction around the navel for gas and abdominal cramps. Juniper essential oil provides additional relief.
Oil for children with colds
- (for children over 2 years old)
- 50 ml organic Almond oil
- 2 drops Siberian fir
- 2 drops Kayaput extra

Drop the essential oils directly into the bottle of almond oil, close the cap tightly and shake to mix the oils. Apply to the chest and back and massage gently. Kayaput oil gently unclogs the airways.
