- 50 ml Almond oil
- 7 drops Swiss pine
- 5 drops Neroli 10%

Hot Break sauna blend
- 50 ml of alcohol (e.g. vodka)
- 30 drops Swiss pine oil
- 20 drops fine lavender

| Pour the essential oils and alcohol into an empty bottle, seal and shake. Add 1-2 teaspoons of sauna blend to one liter of water for infusion, mix well and pour over the hot stones. The oil of lavender enhances the relaxing effect. |

- 5 drops organic grapefruit
- 3 drops organic Swiss pine
- 1 drop organic bay leaf

Place essential oils directly in an aroma lamp, diffuser, or aroma stone. Grapefruit oil invigorates the mind.

- 20 ml organic hamamelis water
- 5 ml of alcohol, such as vodka
- 6 drops Swiss pine essential oil
- 2 drops bio Benzoe Siam
- 1 drop organic Cedar

Pour the essential oils and alcohol into an empty spray bottle. Fill with witch hazel water, cap the bottle and shake well before each use. Spray 1-2 pumps into the room air and inhale. Benzoin Siam oil adds a warm and pleasant sweetness.
