Warming compress for stomach pain
В Blend Stomach Cramps Roman chamomile, coriander, anise, marjoram and petitgrain combine perfectly to create a relaxing blend. The blend is mixed with an organic base oil to warm and balance the stomach, through massage or compress for children (suitable from 6 months of age after consultation with a pediatrician) and adults. You can make the compress for any discomfort in the abdominal area (spasms, colic, muscle discomfort and others).

What do you need?
Ingredients needed for a warming compress for stomach pain
- 1–2 drops Blend Stomach Cramps
- 10 ml organic St. John's wort oil (1 tablespoon)
- mixing bowl
- small towel (natural material, e.g. cotton)
- larger towel (natural material)
- a warming blanket (e.g. a wool blanket)
- cherry stone pillow
- hot water bottle
How to prepare?
Difficulty level: beginner
Mix 1–2 drops Blend Stomach Cramps and 10 ml of organic carrier oil (e.g. 1 tablespoon St. John's wort oil) in a bowl. Soak a small cloth (natural material such as cotton) with the mixture, heat it slightly, for example on the stove or with a hot water bottle.
Usage
Place the oil-soaked towel on your stomach. Cover with another to protect your clothes and blankets from getting oily, then place a warming object (woolen blanket) on top of it. Also, place a hot water bottle or a heated cherry pit pillow on your feet, massaging them with the mixture beforehand, for an even better effect.
