Always dilute before use on skin. Mix in 50 ml almond oil or 3 tbsp sea bath salt.

• For 12 years: maximum 10 drops in 50 ml of base oil.
• For 3 years: maximum 5 drops in 50 ml of base oil.
• From 6 months: maximum 1 drop in 50 ml of base oil.

• Baby belly butter (from 6 months): 1 drop in 50 ml of almond oil. Gently massage the belly and legs with warm hands.
• Abdominal massage (from 12 years old): 10 drops in 50 ml of almond oil. Massage the abdomen with warmed hands.
• Warming compress (from 3 years): 1–2 drops in 10 ml of carrier oil (e.g. St. John's wort oil). Soak a cotton cloth, warm it slightly with a hot water bottle and place it on the abdomen; cover with a dry cloth.

• For external use only. Do not apply undiluted to skin. Keep away from eyes, mucous membranes and children.
• Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding or epilepsy without consulting a specialist.
• Keep tightly closed, away from heat and open flame.
