Natural hair shampoo. It is prepared from the pods of Acacia Concinna and translates as "hair fruit". It has been used since ancient times to maintain healthy and beautiful hair. Shikakai has a mild washing effect, but also creates a balanced environment on the scalp and helps with dandruff and skin inflammations, hair loss. It is rich in vitamins C, D and trace elements; nourishes the follicles and promotes hair growth. Shikakai is applied alone or according to Indian traditions in combination with amla, soap nut powder and other herbs. Application method: Mix 1-2 tablespoons of the herb with water to make a paste. Apply to wet hair and rub well into the roots. Rinse thoroughly with water and, if desired, use conditioner. For best results, we recommend you use equal parts of shikakai and amla – shikakai has more of a washing effect and amla has a nourishing effect on the hair. We offer you the following proven recipe: 2 tbsp. shikakai and 3 tbsp. amla powder. Mix together with warm water and let stand for 5-15 min. Use as a paste. Apply to scalp and hair, spread well and leave on hair for another 5-15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water. For very dry hair, follow with 2 drops of oil (coconut, jojoba) applied to the ends of the hair.
