Gentle base oil for daily use. Suitable for face and body. Put a few drops on the palms and spread with light massage movements.
Dilution of essential oils in broccoli seed oil: for face about 0,5% (1 drop per 10 ml); for body and massage about 1% (2 drops per 10 ml).
Bath: dissolve the essential oils first in salt, honey, milk or base oil, then add to the water.
