Facial care: apply a small amount to clean skin that you have previously moisturized with toner or hydrolate.
Body care: after bathing or showering, apply to damp skin and massage in. You can add essential oil according to the recommended dilution.
Hair care: for dry hair and flaky scalp, apply for 15 minutes before bathing, then wash off with a suitable shampoo.
For diluting essential oils: for face about 0,5% (1 drop per 10 ml of base oil); for body about 1% (2 drops per 10 ml).
For a bath, mix the essential oil drops in advance with salt, honey, milk or a base oil, then add to the water.
For external use only. Do not use if allergic to wheat or any of the ingredients. Before use, perform a sensitivity test. Store out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place, away from direct light.
