Do not use undiluted on skin.

Dosage according to the label:

• Full bath: up to 10 drops, mixed with 3 tablespoons of sea salt (or honey, milk, cream, carrier oil), in water 35–38 °C. Bath time: 10–20 minutes. After the bath, rest in a warm place for about 10 minutes.
• Body oil: up to 10 drops in 50 ml of organic almond oil.
• Aroma stone or diffuser: a few drops on a fragrance carrier.
