Organic Shea Butter (Butyrospermum parkii) Alteya Organics

Shea butter is solid at room temperature. Take a small amount (about the size of a pea), warm it between your hands until it melts, and massage it into dry areas. It absorbs gradually and helps lock in moisture.

• Face and body: Apply a thin layer to clean, slightly damp or dry skin. For face, use a small amount.
• Scythe: as a pre-wash mask, apply from roots to ends; leave on for about 1 hour, then shampoo. A small melted amount can be left on dry ends without rinsing.
• Dilution of essential oils: melt the oil and mix: for face about 0,5% (1 drop of essential oil per 10 ml); for body about 1% (2 drops per 10 ml). Do not apply essential oils undiluted to the skin.
• Bathtub: Dissolve the essential oil drops in melted base oil, salt, honey or milk and add to the water.
• Homemade cosmetics: add to a cream or lotion pack or use as a base for a conditioner.

Important: for external use only. Do not take internally. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Before first use, perform a sensitivity test on a small area. If a rash or redness occurs, discontinue use. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a specialist before mixing with essential oils. Do not use if allergic to the ingredient. Store in a cool, dry place, at 15–25 °C, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep out of the reach of children.
