Always apply to damp skin with gentle massage movements until completely absorbed. Due to its high comedogenic index, wheat germ oil is not recommended to be applied alone to the skin of the face – add it as an enriching ingredient to another base oil or to a face cream package.

It can be applied to the skin before the "steaming" procedure, especially on inflamed areas, scars, superficial or broken capillaries. For stretch marks during pregnancy, massage directly or add to a cleansing milk.

For diluting essential oils: for face about 0,5% (1 drop per 10 ml of base oil); for body about 1% (2 drops per 10 ml).

For a bath, mix the essential oil drops in advance with salt, honey, milk or a base oil, then add to the water.

For external use only. Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients. Before use, perform a sensitivity test. If a rash or redness occurs, discontinue use. Store out of reach of children, at 15–25 °C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. In very high summer temperatures, it can be stored in the refrigerator; remove it 12 hours before use to allow it to adapt to room temperature.
