Apply sunscreen lotion evenly and generously before sun exposure. To maintain optimal protection, reapply every two hours, and always after swimming, sweating heavily, or towel drying.
The recommended amount for an adult is 36 grams (about 6 heaped teaspoons). Make sure to thoroughly cover all parts of your body that are exposed to the sun's rays. Please note that applying an insufficient amount of the product significantly reduces the level of sun protection. We recommend that you avoid sunbathing between 12:00 and 16:00. Please avoid contact with eyes!
