How to choose the right size for you
The Natù menstrual cup is available in two sizes suitable for all women, according to age:-
- Size 1 - suitable for women under 30 who have not had children naturally.

- Size 2 - suitable for women over 30 or who have had children by natural birth.
How to use the Menstrual Cup
Before use, sterilize the Natù by boiling the menstrual cup in 1 liter of water for at least 3–5 minutes.-
- Inserting the cup: After carefully washing your hands with neutral soap, fold the Natù into a "U" shape and hold it firmly, between thumb and forefinger, as close to the base as possible. With your free hand, carefully insert the cup into the vagina so that it is located about 2-3 cm from the entrance. Pull your fingers and the cup will automatically position itself.

- Remove the cup: Natù must be emptied, rinsed and reinserted every 4/8 hours (depending on the intensity of the flow).
