- The essential oil of salvia sclarea (Salvia sclarea) relieves tension, relaxes and warms. It has a slightly euphoric effect and lifts the mood, which can interfere with concentration. A wonderful muscle relaxant, especially for muscle spasms due to mental or emotional tension. Applied as a cosmetic, it increases the feeling of comfort. It has antiseptic, anti-inflammatory (without causing drying of the mucous membranes) and anti-edematous effects. It reduces blood pressure, soothes nervous and mental tension and stress, increases creative activity. Sclera sage regulates sweat secretion and has pronounced deodorizing properties, which is why it can be used instead of the usual antiperspirants. It balances the activity of the sebaceous glands, helps regenerate the skin and preserve its youthful appearance. Strengthens the hair structure.
