Dosage according to the label
For a bathtub: maximum 3 drops sweet fennel essential oil in 1 tablespoon sea ​​salt, honey, milk or carrier oil. For skin, mix with carrier oil; do not apply undiluted.

• Facial care: about 0,5% – 1 drop per 10 ml of base oil.
• Body / massage: about 1% – 2–3 drops per 10 ml of base oil (belly – only diluted).
• Diffuser: 3–5 drops depending on the size of the room.
• Bathtub: maximum 3 drops, pre-dissolved in sea salt, honey, milk or base oil, then add to the water.
• In home cosmetics: Add 1–2 drops to a container of cream or lotion and mix well.
