- To scent rooms, add 6–8 drops to a diffuser or aroma lamp.
- For massage, add up to 5 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil. Not recommended for face or sensitive, damaged or allergy-prone skin.
- For a bath, add 4–6 drops to 20 ml of carrier oil; stir into the bath with warm water before getting in.
- For steam inhalation, add 3 drops to a bowl of hot water; not suitable for asthma – then use a diffuser.
Warning: For external use only. Do not use undiluted essential oils on the skin. Before use, perform a sensitivity test. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not use on children under 12 years of age. Consult a specialist if pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry, cool, dark place; use within 12 months after opening.
