NeBiolina cosmetic line with organic oats 

NeBiolina is an Italian organic cosmetics based on cereal extracts and organic oats. It contains extremely useful dermocosmetic substances and has a beneficial effect on delicate baby skin. Oats have been found to be rich in antioxidants and one of them, avenanthramide, has been found to help with various irritations, itching and other skin inflammations. Beta glucan, which is also in high amounts in oats, perfectly combines with other cosmetic ingredients and contributes to a more effective penetration of active substances into the deep layers of the dermis. • Protects – Thanks to its bioactive substances, oats play a crucial role in keeping the skin at its optimal functionality and maintaining the activity of the enzymes naturally found on the skin.
