Dosage according to the label.
For a diffuser or aroma stone: a few drops depending on the device.
For a full bath: up to 10 drops mixed with 3 tablespoons of sea salt, honey, milk or carrier oil, in warm water (about 35–38 °C).
Do not apply undiluted to the skin.
