Oral Health Gargling Oil

Ingredients needed for Oral Health Gargling Oil
- 100 ml Organic sesame oil
- 9 drops Organic mountain pine
- 9 drops Organic orange oil
- 2 drops Organic clove oil
How to prepare?
Difficulty level: beginner
Drop the essential oils directly into the sesame oil bottle, cap and shake well.
Usage
In the morning, before brushing your teeth, eating breakfast, or drinking water, take 1 tablespoon of the mixture in your mouth and swish it around for about 5 minutes; try to pull the oil between your teeth. Then spit it out into a tissue and throw it in the trash. You can go back to your morning routine and brush your teeth after the rinse.
