Salvia Bio Alteya Organics essential oil, 10 ml

Dosage according to the label
Sage essential oil (Salvia officinalis) is rich in ketones (thujone) and requires particularly careful dilution. For skin: maximum about 0,4 % – for example 1 drop per 10 ml base oil (about 5 drops per 50 ml). Do not apply undiluted to the skin.

• Facial care: only very slightly – do not exceed 0,4%; start with 1 drop in 10 ml and do a tolerance test.
• Body / massage: up to a maximum of 0,4%; topically on muscles and joints after dilution in a base oil.
• Diffuser: 1–2 drops for concentration and mental clarity, depending on the size of the room.
• Bathtub: maximum 1 drop, pre-dissolved in sea salt, honey, milk or a little carrier oil, then add to the water. Never drip the oil directly into the water.
• In home cosmetics: Add 1 drop to a pack of cream or lotion and mix well.

Safety: For external use only. Due to ketones (thujone), avoid during pregnancy, breastfeeding and epilepsy; if you have health problems, consult your doctor first. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and inner ears. Test for individual tolerance. Store in a dark, dry place, at 15–25 °C.
