- Organic Palmarosa essential oil is extracted by steam distillation of the plant Cymbopogon martinii from a family Gramineae. The oil is clear in color and has a light, floral, geranium-like sweet aroma. The aromatic palmarosa oil has remarkable healing properties. This oil has a beneficial effect on the skin, calms the mind, clears confused thinking. It is used to deal with physical and nervous exhaustion, stress and related problems. Palmarosa essential oil has the property of cooling the body at high temperatures, supports the digestive system and relieves pain and stiffness in the muscles. Palmarosa oil moisturizes the skin by balancing the level of hydration and stimulating cell regeneration. It keeps the skin soft and elastic and helps with acne, dermatitis, skin infections. Palmarosa is also called Indian geranium and is from the large family of rice, wheat and bamboo. It is a cousin of lemongrass, with which it is often confused. It has a tonic effect on the nervous system and stimulates immunity. It also has an anti-infective effect, and the high content of geraniol makes palmarosa essential oil an excellent antiseptic.

- Bathtub: Mix 3–4 drops in advance in an emulsifier (sea salt, honey or cream), then add to the water.
