Usage
Pump 4-5 times of the oil into a suitable container, dip a cotton swab and carefully wipe the oral cavity and tongue. Suitable for daily oral hygiene, as well as for application using the Oil Pulling method (treatment and prevention technique in Ayurveda, by "pulling" vegetable oils between the teeth). When applying the oil, you should be in an upright position to avoid choking. If you are caring for an elderly person, they should not be in a supine position. The oil is suitable for ages 12 and up.
