- Lavender sage essential oil, also known as Spanish sage (Sage lavandulifolia), is obtained by steam distillation of the flowering herb. Organic Primavera with a grassy-camphoraceous, fresh and spicy aroma - vitalizing, for concentration when tired and for skin care.

Dosage according to label: maximum 2 drops of essential oil in 50 ml of carrier oil. This is stricter than the standard dilution chart – follow the label.
- Massage / body: 1–2 drops in 50 ml of almond or other organic base oil. Rub in with movements directed towards the heart, for example in the morning for invigoration.
- Skin care: 1–2 drops in a cream container or lotion container (for about 50 ml of product), for aromatic care for normal and oily skin.
- Diffuser: a few drops for a fresh, vitalizing atmosphere in case of mental fatigue (ventilate the room).
- Scented towel: 1 drop on a cotton cloth or woolen piece of cloth; attach to clothing or hold in hand.
- Bath / wash: 1–2 drops, pre-emulsified in honey, cream or salt, to the water – do not pour undiluted oil into the bath.
Safety: For external use only. Never apply undiluted to skin. Test on a small area. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and broken skin. Keep out of reach of children.
