Always apply flaxseed oil to damp skin with gentle massage movements until completely absorbed. Due to its higher comedogenic index, use it on the face as an enriching ingredient in combination with other base oils, oil serums, in home cosmetics or in a face cream package.

• Face: a few drops on a clean face – alone or after water care. For mixtures with essential oils – about 0,5% (1 drop of essential oil per 10 ml of linseed oil).
• Body and massage: on damp skin after a bath. For mixtures with essential oils – about 1% (2 drops per 10 ml).
• Scythe: Apply a small amount to scalp and lengths; leave for 30–60 minutes, then wash with shampoo.
• Bathtub: Mix the essential oils first with a base oil, salt, honey or milk, then add to the water.

Safety and storage

• For external use only.
• Store at a temperature of 15°C to 25°C in a cool, dry place.
• Do not expose to direct sunlight or near heat sources. If temperatures are very high during the summer months, it can be stored in the refrigerator. Remove it from the refrigerator 12 hours before use to allow it to adapt to room temperature.
• Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
• Before use, perform a sensitivity test.
• If a rash or redness occurs, discontinue use.
• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Avoid contact with eyes.
