- Organic essential oil of German (medicinal) chamomile is obtained from the flower baskets of the plant Matricaria recutita, grown throughout Europe, including Poland, as well as in India and Australia. It is an inky blue-green liquid with a specific thick odor. Chamomile essential oil is suitable for all types of nervous and muscular tension. Chamomile has a diaphoretic, soothing and antispasmodic effect, as well as a disinfectant and anti-inflammatory effect, especially on the mucous membrane. Dosage according to the label
- Topical application / massage: maximum 6 drops diluted in 30 ml of organic carrier oil.
- For face: use a lower concentration; always dilute before applying to skin.
- Diffuser / aromatherapy: 3–4 drops or according to the device instructions.
- Bathtub: Mix the drops in advance with an emulsifier (milk, honey or base oil) before adding them to the water.
- In home cosmetics: Add a few drops to a cream container or lotion container – dosage according to the label.
Safety: The oil is intended for external use only. Always dilute in a suitable base. May cause skin irritation. Store at a temperature of 15°C to 25°C, in a dark and dry place.
