- For massage/body care: maximum 2 drops in 50 ml of organic almond or other base oil.

- For a bath: Mix the drops in advance with an emulsifier (sea salt, honey or cream), then add to the water.
- As a fragrance: you can smell it from the bottle for quick grounding and calming.
