Myrrh essential oil Organic, 5 ml Primavera

Dosage according to the label
Maximum 5 drops myrrh essential oil in 50 ml base oil (e.g. almond oil). Do not apply undiluted to the skin.

• Facial care: about 0,5% – this corresponds to a maximum of 5 drops / 50 ml.
• Body / massage: do not exceed 5 drops/50 ml according to the label.
• Diffuser: 2–4 drops depending on the size of the room.
• Bathtub: Pre-dissolve the drops in sea salt, honey, milk or a little base oil, then add to the water.
• In home cosmetics: Add a few drops to a package of cream or lotion and mix well, without exceeding the dosage according to the label.
• Oral care: only in highly diluted gargle or spray mixtures; do not swallow.

Gargling solution with myrrh and sea buckthorn oil
For oral mucosa care. Mix 1 tsp. organic sea buckthorn oil and 5 drops of myrrh essential oil in a 100 ml jar and swirl to form an oil film on the wall. Add 13 g xylitol (birch sugar), close and shake. Add 80 ml of boiled water and shake well. Shake vigorously before each use. Rinse your mouth daily with 10 ml of the solution; do not swallow. Use within 14 days.

Mouth spray with mint and myrrh
Add 1 drop each of peppermint, manuka, cayenne, myrrh and lemon essential oils to 100 ml of mint herbal water. Mix and shake well. Swish 2–3 times in mouth as needed; do not swallow.
