Dosage according to the label
Maximum 5 drops rosewood essential oil in 50 ml base oil (e.g. almond oil). Do not apply undiluted to the skin.- Facial care: about 0,5% or less – do not exceed the maximum of 5 drops / 50 ml.
- Body / massage: about 1%; topically/compress – up to about 2%, without exceeding the dosage according to the label.
- Diffuser: 1–3 drops depending on the size of the room.
- Bathtub: Pre-dissolve the drops in sea salt, honey, milk/cream or a little base oil, then add to the water.
- In home cosmetics: Add a few drops to a pack of cream or lotion and mix well.

Pleasant and soothing.
I find the scent a bit unusual; the oil smells neither of roses nor of wood :), but rather spicy, reminiscent of coriander or cumin.
The effect on the body and mind is very calming, just as described in the books.
