Dosage according to the label
For aromatherapy skin care: maximum 20 drops в 50 ml base oil (e.g. almond oil).

Dilution table reference (within the label):

• Facial care: about 0,5% (approximately 2–3 drops per 10 ml of base oil)
• Body / massage: about 1% (approximately 5 drops per 10 ml of base oil)
• Locally / compress: up to about 2% – without exceeding the label maximum

Diffuser: 3–5 drops for a fresh atmosphere in the room.

Bath: 4–6 drops, pre-dissolved in sea salt, honey, milk/cream or base oil – never directly in the water and not in cream/lotion as a bath emulsifier.

Homemade cosmetics: a few drops in a cream container or a lotion container for aromatic skin care (within the dosage according to the label).
