Dosage according to the label
For aromatherapy skin care: maximum 3 drops в 50 ml base oil (e.g. almond oil). Do not apply undiluted to the skin.

• Body / massage: up to 3 drops per 50 ml of carrier oil (~0,6%). Start with a lower dose.
• Local: only on healthy skin, after testing on a small area; avoid damaged or irritated skin.
• Face: not recommended in facial products – prefer the body at low concentration.
• Diffuser: 1–3 drops depending on the size of the room.
• Bathtub: up to 3 drops pre-dissolved in sea ​​salt, honey, milk/cream or a little base oil, then add to the water.
• In home cosmetics: Add 1–2 drops to a package of body cream or lotion and mix well.

Safety: For external use only. Thyme may irritate the skin if not diluted enough. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes. Before first use, test on a small area of ​​skin.
