Dosage according to the label
Chemotype thymol is a strong phenolic oil – always highly diluted. For local aromatherapy: maximum about 0,5 % in a carrier oil (e.g. ~2–3 drops per 10 ml or ~1 drop per 10 ml for face). Do not apply undiluted to skin.

• Facial care: about 0,5% or less; start with a minimum dose.
• Body / massage: to about 0,5%; do not exceed this limit in thymol chemotype.
• Local: only on healthy skin, after testing on a small area; avoid damaged or irritated skin.
• Diffuser: 1–3 drops depending on the size of the room.
• Bathtub: maximum 5 drops pre-dissolved in 3 tbsp sea salt (alternative: honey, milk/cream or a little carrier oil), then add to the water.
• In home cosmetics: Add 1–2 drops to a container of cream or lotion and mix well.

Safety: For external use only. Thymol chemotype can be severely irritating to the skin if not diluted enough. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes. Before first use, test on a small area of ​​skin. Not recommended for children, pregnancy or breastfeeding without consulting a specialist. Keep tightly closed, in a cool, dark place, away from children.
