Dosage according to the label
Maximum 2 drops manuka essential oil in 50 ml base oil (e.g. almond oil). Do not apply undiluted to the skin.- Facial care: about 0,5% or less – do not exceed the maximum of 2 drops / 50 ml.
- Body / massage: to the maximum according to the label; start with a lower concentration.
- Diffuser: 1–3 drops depending on the size of the room.
- Bathtub: Pre-dissolve the drops in sea salt, honey, milk or a little base oil, then add to the water.
- In home cosmetics: Add a few drops to a pack of cream or lotion and mix well.
