Dosage according to the label
Maximum 3 drops citronella essential oil in 50 ml base oil (e.g. almond oil). Do not apply undiluted to the skin.- Facial care: about 0,5% or less – do not exceed the maximum of 3 drops / 50 ml.
- Body / massage: to the maximum according to the label; start with a lower concentration.
- Diffuser: 3–5 drops depending on the size of the room.
- Bathtub: Pre-dissolve the drops in sea salt, honey, milk, cream or a little base oil, then add to the water.
- In home cosmetics: Add a few drops to a pack of cream or lotion and mix well.
Safety: For external use only. Do not swallow. Keep away from eyes, mucous membranes and children. Do not use on children under 12 years of age. Test on a small area of skin before regular use. Be especially careful with sensitive or allergy-prone skin. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have health problems, consult a specialist before use. Pleasant, fresh scent.
I put the oil in the diffuser while we were on vacation and a pleasant, fresh scent immediately filled the room.
Even after cooking, citronella quickly absorbs cooking odors and works well against mosquitoes.
