Basil essential oil Alteya Organics, 10 ml

• Diffuse basil oil when you need to increase your concentration or if you have a headache and/or dizziness.
• Create your own insect repellent by mixing basil oil with other essential oils (lemongrass, clove, cedarwood, lavender, tea tree) and diluting in a suitable base.
• Dilute in a base vegetable oil and apply to problem areas on the skin - insect bites, scrapes, small cuts, etc.
• Make a massage blend with basil essential oil and apply with gentle massaging movements to painful muscles and ligaments to reduce discomfort.
• Add a few drops of basil oil to your shampoo or hair conditioner and use as usual – this helps cleanse the scalp and stimulates the growth of healthier hair.
• Dilution: for body about 2–5 drops per 10 ml of base oil; for face about 1–2 drops per 10 ml of base oil.

For external use only. Always dilute in a suitable base – do not apply undiluted to skin. Do a patch test. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition, consult a doctor first. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, mucous membranes and other sensitive areas.
