Ceylon Cinnamon Essential Oil 30% Organic, 5 ml Primavera

This product is 30% Ceylon cinnamon bark essential oil in 70% organic alcohol – not pure (100%) bark or leaf oil. For skin, always dilute further according to label.

Dosage according to the label
Maximum 15 drops of the product in 50 ml base oil (e.g. almond oil). Do not apply undiluted to the skin.

• Facial care: around 0,5% or less – start with a low concentration (e.g. 2–5 drops in 50 ml), without exceeding the maximum on the label. Cinnamon is a “hot” oil and can irritate sensitive skin.
• Body / massage: to the maximum according to the label (15 drops / 50 ml); start with a lower concentration.
• Warming foot massage: up to 7 drops of the product in 30 ml of sesame or other base oil; after the massage, put on warm socks.
• Diffuser: 1–3 drops depending on the size of the room – the aroma is strong.
• Bathtub: Pre-dissolve the drops in sea salt, honey, milk, cream or a little base oil, then add to the water.
• In home cosmetics: Add a few drops to a package of cream or lotion and mix well, following the maximum dosage on the label.
