- Alteya Organics organic avocado oil is obtained by cold pressing the fruit of Persea americana (synonym Persea gratissima). Avocado is a plant of the laurel family. It originates from Central America and was known to the Aztecs and Mayans 8000 years ago. The oil has an unusually delicate consistency, gives a pleasant softness and is suitable as a base for essential oils in aromatherapy.

Avocado Oil Profile

Always apply avocado oil to damp skin with gentle massage movements until completely absorbed.
- Body and massage: suitable for body care, for dry and cracked heels and elbows and for SPA massages.
- Face: Due to the higher comedogenic index, use as an enriching ingredient – up to a maximum of 20% in combination with other non-comedogenic base oils, oil serums or in home cosmetics and cream packaging.
- Scythe: Massage into scalp and lengths. Leave for 30–60 minutes, then wash with shampoo.
Dilution of essential oils in avocado oil: for face about 0,5% (1 drop per 10 ml); for body and massage about 1% (2 drops per 10 ml).
Bath: dissolve the essential oils first in salt, honey, milk or base oil, then add to the water.
For external use only. Keep out of eyes. Test for sensitivity before use. If rash or redness occurs, discontinue use. Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients. Store at 15–25 °C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. In very high summer temperatures, it can be kept in the refrigerator; remove it 12 hours before use to allow it to adjust to room temperature. Keep out of the reach of children. Consult a specialist during pregnancy and lactation.
