Dosage according to the label.
Use by adults for children. Place a few drops on an aroma stone, in an aroma lamp or in an aroma diffuser. Suitable for a child's room, study room and study area.
If you don't have a diffuser, put a napkin in a glass, put a few drops on it, and place it on your desk.
Do not use on infants and children under 3 years of age. Do not apply undiluted to the skin. Keep out of reach of children.
