Can I return the ordered products and what are the conditions for this?

You can return products purchased from us free of charge, without reason for return within 14 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

• The products must be in their original packaging.
• There should be no signs of use, staining, impaired commercial appearance or other impaired integrity of the packaging of the product or products.
• To include the original invoice or order with which you received the products (with your order you will receive an accompanying document - a fiscal voucher upon payment upon delivery or an invoice at your request).
• Essential oils, which have been opened and with broken integrity of their hermetic closure, are not accepted for return. This condition applies to all products that have a specialized hermetic closure, which is tied to the shelf life of the product itself.
• A cosmetic product that has broken packaging integrity, opened, depressurized, is not accepted for return.
• Notify us by email or phone call of your intention.

You can exchange the products for others or we will refund their value if you do not want a replacement. We will refund the value of the products, excluding the cost of delivery. All amounts paid upon delivery or on site will be refunded only by bank transfer to your personal account within 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your cancellation of the order.
