- Organic Swiss Pine Primavera essential oil is obtained by steam distillation from twigs of Pinus cembra in the Alps (Italy and Austria). The aroma is fresh and woody; the note is top-middle. Do not confuse it with mountain pine essential oil (Pinus mugo), white pine or Himalayan pine (Pinus wallichiana) – this is the Alpine Swiss pine.

Dosage according to the label
Maximum 12 drops Swiss pine essential oil in 50 ml base oil (e.g. almond oil). Do not apply undiluted to the skin.- Facial care: about 0,5% – about 5 drops in 50 ml of base oil, without exceeding the maximum on the label.
- Massage and body care: about 1% – up to 10 drops in 50 ml of base oil.
- Locally / compress: up to the maximum on the label – 12 drops in 50 ml of base oil.
- Diffuser: 3–5 drops for a fresh alpine aroma in the room.
- Bathtub: Dissolve 5–8 drops in sea salt, honey, milk, cream or carrier oil, then add to water. Bathe for about 20 minutes at a temperature of up to 38 °C.
- In a cream or lotion package: Add a few drops to a pack of cream or lotion for fragrant skin care.
Safety: For external use only. Do not apply undiluted to the skin. Before using the product, test on a small area of skin. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and contact with children. Consult a specialist during pregnancy and lactation. Store tightly closed, in a cool, dark place, away from children.

I love this scent! A calming sense of well-being quickly sets in when we add a few drops to the diffuser. It's not overpowering or unnatural, but warm, woody and earthy. Very subtle!

I use this super fragrant oil in my bedroom. I put it in my diffuser about half an hour before I go to sleep. The diffuser has a timer so it turns off after an hour. I highly recommend it as a sleep aid.
