Dosage according to the label
Maximum 4 drops thyme essential oil linalool in 50 ml organic base oil (e.g. almond oil). Do not apply undiluted to the skin.- Facial care: about 0,5% or less – do not exceed the maximum of 4 drops / 50 ml.
- Body / massage: to the maximum according to the label; start with a lower concentration.
- Locally / compress: up to the label maximum; always on healthy skin and after a test.
- Diffuser: 3–5 drops depending on the size of the room.
- Bathtub: Pre-dissolve the drops in sea salt, honey, milk or a little base oil, then add to the water.
- In home cosmetics: Add a few drops to a pack of cream or lotion and mix well.
Safety: For external use only. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes. Before first use, test on a small area of skin. If pregnant, breastfeeding or have chronic diseases, consult a specialist. Store tightly closed, in a cool, dark place, away from children.

The oil smells exactly like you would imagine thyme oil to smell like. In coconut oil with rosemary, peppermint, and eucalyptus globulus, it's like a cold balm!

A MUST during the cold season with children
A friend recommended it to me. Our two daughters (4 and 1,5 years old) always struggle with coughs during the cold season.
Rub 1-2 drops diluted in a little carrier oil into the soles of each foot before bed and put on socks. Children do not cough all night.
