I chose Rosemary Verbenone after seeing recipes that are good for the liver. I immediately mixed the oil with some almond oil and rubbed it in, as I was having liver problems that day. The feeling was very pleasant; I claim that the mixture can relieve my liver. The aroma itself is quite pleasant and refreshing.
