Apply olive oil to damp skin with gentle massage movements until absorbed. For external use only – cosmetic care, not for cooking.

• Face: a few drops on a cleansed, slightly damp face – alone or after water care, or added to a cream package.
• Body: Apply to damp skin after showering and massage until absorbed. Also suitable for cracked heels.
• Makeup removal: Apply a few drops to a cotton pad and remove makeup; be careful not to get the oil in your eyes.
• Scythe: Massage into scalp and lengths. Leave for 30–60 minutes, then wash with shampoo.
• Dilution of essential oils: for face about 0,5% (1 drop of essential oil per 10 ml of base oil); for body and massage about 1% (2 drops per 10 ml). Do not apply essential oils undiluted to the skin.
• Bathtub: Dissolve the essential oil drops in a base oil, salt, honey or milk and add to the water.
• Homemade cosmetics: add a few drops to a container of cream or lotion.

Important: for external use only. Do not take internally. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Before first use, perform a sensitivity test on a small area. If a rash or redness occurs, discontinue use. Do not use if allergic to the ingredients. Consult a specialist if pregnant or breastfeeding. Store at 15–25 °C, in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. In very high summer temperatures, you can store in the refrigerator; remove 12 hours before use. Keep out of the reach of children.
