- Organic Roman chamomile essential oil is extracted by steam distillation from the plant anthemis nobilis. The oil is clear to pale yellow in color with a pleasant warm aroma reminiscent of chamomile. It is widely used in cosmetics, perfumery, skin care and aromatherapy. Organic Roman Chamomile Oil soothes and has an overall toning effect. The oil has exceptional anti-aging and skin-restoring properties. Dosage according to the label
- Local application: maximum 6 drops in 30 ml of organic carrier oil (about 1%). For facial care, prefer a lower concentration.
- Massage/body care: Dilute in a suitable base oil and apply with light movements.
- Homemade cosmetics: Add a few drops to a container of cream or lotion and mix well.
- Diffuser / aromatherapy: 3–4 drops or according to the device instructions.
- Bathtub: Pre-mix the drops with an emulsifier (honey, milk or salt), then add them to the water.
The oil is intended for external use only. Never apply undiluted to the skin. It may cause skin irritation. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, mucous membranes and other sensitive areas. Before first use, perform a test for individual tolerance. Store in a dark, dry place at a temperature of 15°C to 25°C, out of the reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have health problems, consult your doctor first.
