- Larch essential oil (Larix decidua) of Primavera is obtained by steam distillation of the branches. With a soft forest scent, it is suitable for respiratory comfort, aromatic care for muscle tension and clarity during stress.

Dosage according to the label: maximum 6 drops of essential oil in 50 ml of base oil (e.g. almond).
- Diffuser: Add a few drops for a soft forest atmosphere and respiratory comfort.
- Massage / rubbing: Dilute according to the label in a base oil and massage muscles and joints with gentle movements.
- Skin care: Mix in a package cream or lotion within the permissible dose.
- Bathtub: Pre-mix the drops with an emulsifier (salt, honey or cream) before adding them to the water.
Body oil for muscle tension:
50 ml sesame base oil · 5 drops larch · 8 drops grapefruit · 4 drops cayenne pepper. Dissolve the essential oils in the base oil and mix well.Roll-on:
10 ml jojoba oil · 5 drops larch · 5 drops bergamot · 1 drop angelica root. Put the base oil in a roll-on bottle, dissolve the essential oils and shake well.Safety: For external use only. Do not apply undiluted to skin. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant, nursing, asthma, epilepsy or children under 3 years of age, consult a specialist before use. Test on a small area of skin.
