- Face (dilution): 1–2 drops of rose oil in 10 ml of base oil (jojoba or sweet almond) — about 0,5–1% for application to the face.
- Body / massage: 2 drops in about 50 ml of base oil; or up to about 5 drops per 10 ml - always start with a lower concentration.
- Cream or lotion: add 1 drop to a portion of moisturizing cream/lotion and spread on clean skin (suitable for dry and mature skin).
- Aromatherapy / diffuser: 1–2 drops in a diffuser or aroma lamp; for a softer effect, you can combine with rose water.
- Bathtub: Mix 1–2 drops in advance in an emulsifier (sea salt, honey or milk), then add to the water — do not drip the pure oil directly into the bath.
Safety: For external use only. Do not apply undiluted to the skin. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and sensitive areas. Perform a tolerance test in the crook of the elbow.
