Dosage according to the label
Maximum 4 drops carrot essential oil (seeds) in 50 ml base oil (e.g. almond oil). Do not apply undiluted to the skin.- Facial care: about 0,5% or less – do not exceed the maximum of 4 drops / 50 ml.
- Body / massage: to the maximum according to the label; start with a lower concentration.
- Diffuser: 3–5 drops depending on the size of the room.
- Bathtub: Pre-dissolve the drops in sea salt, honey, milk or a little base oil, then add to the water.
- In home cosmetics: Add a few drops to a pack of cream or lotion and mix well.
- Fragrance from the bottle: Inhale carefully from the open bottle to feel the sweet, earthy aroma.

I recently tried carrot seed oil along with coconut oil (base oil), lavender and zinc oxide as a sunscreen and I am thrilled with it. It takes some time to get used to carrot seed oil at first, but in combination with other oils it smells pleasantly earthy and warm. For facial care I mix carrot seed with frankincense, clary sage and myrrh in a fatty base oil and I am simply very happy with its effect. Never again conventional skin care! :-)

For a beautiful complexion
5-10 drops in 100 ml of wheat germ oil. Makes a great tan. Clean, smells very much like carrots.

Excellent for sensitive and/or inflamed skin, ideal oil for aging skin. Also ideal for rough or even cracked skin (always mixed with fatty base oils, never more than 3%). The aroma is soft, warm and round and blends well with citrus oils
, with hot spice oils such as cardamom, ginger and cinnamon, as well as sage, lavender and patchouli.

The carrot seed aroma is very strong and intense. The oil itself is wonderfully gentle on the skin and even calms the dark spots on my face caused by hormones.
