Specifications
- Principle: evaporation / dry inhalation
- Dosage: 3–5 drops of blend; for single oil – max. 1 drop on the swab

Apply essential oil or blend to the swab (usually 3-5 drops total for a blend; maximum 1 drop per swab for each individual oil). Place the swab into the inhaler, insert the bottom sealing cap and press firmly. To use, turn the top cap counterclockwise and remove. Hold the inhaler under your nose and inhale the aroma.
Use only 100% pure, natural essential oils.
Blend ideas (1 drop of each oil on the swab):
- If you feel nauseous: 1 drop organic ginger essential oil + 1 drop red orange essential oilAlternatives: mint, lemon.
- In case of anxiety: 1 drop of neroli essential oil 10% + 1 drop of Demeter blood orange essential oil.
- With reduced appetite: 1 drop organic grapefruit essential oil + 1 drop of organic tonka bean extract.
Safety: For external inhalation use only – do not swallow or apply undiluted oils to skin through inhaler. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a healthcare professional if pregnant, nursing, or with young children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

The inhalers are small and convenient, easy to fill and practical in general :) I have already filled them with different oils for family and friends and everyone loved them! :) My daughter, for example, gets nauseous when riding the bus, but now she always carries her stick with her, filled with lemon and grapefruit, so the bus ride is not so bad anymore :)
