Dosage according to the label
Maximum 10 drops етерично масло от индийски нард в 50 ml base oil (e.g. almond oil). Do not apply undiluted to the skin.- Facial care: около 0,5% – не надвишавайте максимума от 10 капки / 50 мл.
- Body / massage: to the maximum according to the label; start with a lower concentration.
- Diffuser: 2–4 drops depending on the size of the room.
- Bathtub: Pre-dissolve the drops in sea salt, honey, milk, cream or base oil, then add to the water.
- In home cosmetics: Add a few drops to a pack of cream or lotion and mix well.

A calming, relaxing and earthy scent.
Spikenard has a very relaxing effect. In times of great turmoil it provides balance. I often go on long walks with my dog and I believe it also keeps annoying insects away.

I was looking for something to help with my stress and skin issues. Spikenard oil intrigued me, and knowing that this oil was already mentioned in the Bible made me want to test it out. The smell is indeed earthy, strange at first, but has "the potential for an addictive sniff."
One drop is enough, possibly with a little almond oil, and my skin problem feels better, hurts and itches less, and calms down. Now I have made my own cream with it.

I have tried some expensive alternatives when spikenard oil was not available here, and it doesn't even compare! This oil is far better; the scent is wonderful.
