Apply coconut oil with light massage movements to well-cleansed skin – on the face, body or hair – before or instead of cream. Start with a small amount: the oil absorbs quickly and does not leave a greasy film, if it is not too much. If after a few minutes the skin remains oily, remove the excess. For very dry and cracked skin, apply often, in small amounts. You can massage the face, neck and décolleté, as well as use it as a nourishing lotion after bathing.
The oil is solid below 25°C. Warm it in your hands or in a water bath until it melts before applying.
Hair: melt a small amount in your hands and apply to lengths and ends. Leave in, then rinse as needed.
Dilution of essential oils: for face about 0,5% (1 drop of essential oil per 10 ml of coconut oil); for body and massage about 1% (2 drops per 10 ml). Do not apply undiluted essential oils to the skin.
Bath: mix the essential drops with coconut oil, salt, honey or milk before adding them to the water.
Used before and after sunbathing, the oil creates a protective layer. Mixed with other oils or with ready-made sunscreen products, it enriches the care. It is intended for external cosmetic use only. Test on a small area of skin. Keep away from eyes, mucous membranes and children. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a specialist before adding essential oils.
