Turmeric oil is for external use only. Apply a few drops to your palms and gently massage onto your face or body until absorbed.
- Face: a few drops on a cleansed, slightly damp face – alone or after water care.
- Body: Apply to damp skin after showering and massage until absorbed.
- Dilution of essential oils: for face about 0,5% (1 drop of essential oil per 10 ml of base oil); for body and massage about 1% (2 drops per 10 ml). Do not apply essential oils undiluted to the skin.
- Bathtub: Dissolve the essential oil drops in a base oil, salt, honey or milk and add to the water.
- Homemade cosmetics: add a few drops to a container of cream or lotion.
Important: for external use only. Do not take internally. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Before first use, perform a sensitivity test on a small area. If a rash or redness occurs, discontinue use. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a specialist. Do not use if allergic to the ingredients. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep out of the reach of children.
